2019-07 Project by the Rostraver Historical society

 The plaque commemorates the tragic death of four Rostraver high school students killed when a P&LE train locomotive struck their school bus at the intersection of Collinsburg Road and German Street. 


The plaque was installed by WYTC Over the Hill Gang members (L-R: Jack Zewan, Bob Hand, Jim Lockschmidt, and Jerry Andre.


Thank you Volunteers!  

This project was developed by Don Bottman who is with the Rostraver Historical Society.

In memory of those Rostraver Township students killed.
